Liberal Jesuit college once again ranks the
social progressives as the best presidents

July 3, 2010—
US parents, particularly if they are interested in their children learning their nation's history without the revisionist social progressive rhetoric coloring America "watermelon red," need to check the political ideologies of the colleges they plan to send their children to before writing checks for the tuition, or even before they apply for, or accept, grants or scholarships. An education that distorts the history of this nation is not education, it's brainwashing. Loudonville, New York Siena College just released its list of the America's best presidents. Obama, the illegal alien posing as an American president ranked higher than Ronald Reagan.

The college selected 238 academician "historians" who theoretically had to agree to remain anonymous. Which is synonymous with saying the college picked the same social progressive radicals it selected each of the five times the study has been done since 1983. And, like it has in each of the other four times it published its poll, it adds a couple of schmuck conservatives so at least one or two of them will pick one of the Founding Fathers like George Washington or Thomas Jefferson as one and two, or Ronald Reagan, who stopped the globalists for two decades when he stole the White House from David Rockefeller-anointed 1980 presidential candidate George Herbert Walker Bush. Of course, with a ratio of 237:1, or 236:2 or even 228:10 or 218:20, you know the social progressives are always going to fill the top slot or two.

You know it's biased when a CBS News blogger gets to note that the list is "...a perfect example of our educational system being hijacked by progressives..." and the comment remains in the article. The fact that America's first dictator, Franklin D. Roosevelt, scores first again on the Siena list is indicative of the bias of the anonymous "historians" who voted in their poll.

Polls have been taken since 1948. Siena is the only college which has consistently voted FDR as the best President. In every other poll, FDR ranked second or third, with George Washington (who was the only president who included his political rivals in key spots in his administration). His was the first and only completely bipartisan administration. Political parties began with John Adams' race against Thomas Jefferson. Adams became the head of the Federalist Party. Jefferson formed the Republican Party (which evolved into the Democratic-Republican Party). Adams, in the 17th position on the Siena list and in the 41st position on mine, enacted the The Aliens & Sedition Act of 1798. The Aliens & Sedition Act abrogated free speech rights and allowed for the prosecution and imprisonment of any American citizen who spoke out against Adam's policies. Ten people were prosecuted by Adams under this law. They were tried by the US Supreme Court (which meant they had no right to appeal). They were convicted. Their property was seized and they were jailed for a year. After the 10th man, a popular New York judge, Jared Peck was jailed, James Madison authored the Virginia Resolve and Thomas Jefferson issued the Kentucky Resolve which nullified the Alien & Sedition Act. That action by Jefferson and Madison should tell the American people that the States possess the right to nullify any unconstitutional law enacted by Congress, which means the States can nullify Obamacare, and the States can nullify, and reverse the stimulus packages enacted by Congress. Furthermore, the States can also nullify Cap & Trade.

Two things happened when the Virginia and Kentucky Resolves were enacted by the legislatures of those two States. First, Adam's unconstitutional law not only ended his political career, it killed the Federalist Party. Popular Federalist Congressmen and Senators were still able to get elected for another decade, but the American people who just fought a decade-long war to earn their liberty had no intention of allowing a petty tyrant to erase the Bill of Rights

That should make you wonder why Adams is only #41 on my list—and why Lyndon Baines Johnson and not Franklin D. Roosevelt is #42. You need to read Gangster President on my website. To meet the most corrupt president in the history of the United States.(click on the words: Gangster President and you will not only see the most corrupt politician, you will have solved half of the Kennedy assassination puzzle). The reason Kennedy's death has never been solved is that there were two entirely unrelated plots to kill Kennedy taking place at precisely the same moment in time. Those who collected the evidence tried to fit all of the pieces they found in one puzzle when, in reality, there were two. That's why Kennedy's death will likely never be solved. There are just too many puzzle pieces.

If Barack Hussein Obama had actually been constitutionally eligible to hold the office he now appears to hold, he would have been #43 on my list. Why? Because he is a Manchurian Candidate recruited by George Soros to collapse the economy of the United States and create a crisis so severe that Obama can declare martial law, and under the guise of safeguarding the nation, seize dictatorial power precisely the same way Adolph Hitler did in Germany in 1934. It took Hitler 39 days to destroy the Weimar Constitution and impose a dictatorship.

The stages needed to very slowly and almost unnoticeably, erase the Constitution of the United States, and particularly the Bill of Rights a few words at a time, has been taking place since Congress proposed the 16th and 17th Amendments. The 17th Amendment removed the States from the equation of national power, and allowed the barons of banking to create a privately-owned central bank they could call their very own. Social progressive Woodrow Wilson, #8 on the Siena list, and #39 on my list, signed the Federal Reserve Act into law on Dec. 23, 1913 and gave the bankers the Christmas present they fought 126 years to get. Added to that was the 16th Amendment which allowed the bankers to make the citizens foot the bill for the largess of government. Today, when your children or grandchildren are born, they come from the womb owing the federal government $36 thousand. As Wilson, Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, and British Prime Minister Sir David Lloyd George prepared the American people for "the war to end all wars," they also put together the "solution"—world government administered by a global legislature called the League of Nations.

When the League of Nations proved to be a "paper tiger," the princes of industry and the barons of banking and business, led by Siena's #1 choice for best president, prepared the American people for another world war. But first a crisis much, much worse than 1929 was needed. And, once again, the nation's biggest bankers stepped to help. They called this one Black Tuesday, Oct. 29, 1929. Over a period of several months the wealthy elite within the sphere of real power in the world pulled their money out of the market, parking it in the safest financial safe haven in the world—gold—since they knew this time around Roosevelt intended to detach the US monetary system from gold and make gold a commodity whose value would quickly rise on the world markets. In 1907 when Congress wrote the constitutional amendment resolutions for the 16th and 17th Amendment, they also proposed an 18th Amendment that would have detached the monetary system from gold. But that amendment died in the US Senate. The attempt actually launched a short-lived Gold Standard Party. But it, like all third parties, was never a vote-getter.

At 12:01 a.m. on March 6, 1933, 11 hours and 59 minutes before he was sworn in as the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt issued two Presidential Proclamations, #2038 and #2039 The first one, #2038 called Congress into a special session on March 9 to launch several pieces of legislation, already written by the Roosevelt "brain trust."

Those pieces of legislation would launch the very unconstitutional New Deal. (But, because the Democrats won a super majority on election day in 1932, Roosevelt knew he could not be stopped. Sound familiar?) The second, #2039, declared a bank holiday and froze all gold in use in the United States. In that proclamation, FDR declared war on the people of the United States. The proclamation assumed its authority from "...Section 5(b) of the Act of October 6, 1917 (40 Stat. L.411) as amended." The problem is, Section 5(b) would not be amended until March 9 when the Emergency Banking Relief Act was swiftly enacted after an hour of arguing from Congressmen and Senators who never saw the bill and were being asked to enact it because of the "national emergency." Sound familiar? New Dealers pushed the legislation through in less than one day. Before midnight on March 8, 1934, FDR legalized the theft of the gold that legally belonged to working class American citizens.

Does it sound anything like the techniques used to enact the financial stimulus bills that Obama and the social progressive leadership in both the House and Senate pushed through Congress in in February, 2010? If you recall, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said the financial crisis would collapse the US economy if the bills were not passed. Or when Pelosi urged House members to hurry up and enact Obamacare so "...we can find out what's in it."

The FDR wording change in the "amendment" he referred to as Section 5(b) of the Trading With the Enemy Act of 1917 (the legislation referred to in Proclamation #2039 only as "the Act of October 6, 1917") reclassified the taxpayers of the United States as enemies of its government and gave the President the authority to seize their assets as they could legally do in times of war when they seized contraband which belonged to their enemies. Roosevelt then seized all of the gold which legally belonged to the American people in the form of gold certificates (their lawful money). During Roosevelt's bank holiday (or perhaps even before he took office), the Federal Reserve reprinted the US dollar. Gone was the guarantee that the certificates could be redeemed in gold coin. Instead, it could only be redeemed for legal tender paper currency—fiat scrip. The Gold Certificate had been swapped for a bank note. A "certificate" describes something of value. A "note" describes a debt owed by the person who possesses the "note."

But Roosevelt's theft on behalf of the bankers was not yet complete. That would happen on Jan. 4, 1934 On that day, Congress (without reading a word of the legislation) enacted The Gold Reserve Act of 1934. The Gold Reserve Act devalued the US dollar by 59%. The dollar in your pocket on January 3, 1934 was worth 100¢. The following day, without spending a penny, that dollar was suddenly worth only 41¢. In a brand new form of taxation, FDR stole 59¢ of every dollar in every American's pocket. The only thing that did not change was the price of durable goods you would now try to buy with 41¢ instead of a dollar. The value of hard goods on January 4, 1934 became the benchmark value of durable goods and now determines the elasticity of the dollar. The theft was now complete. Roosevelt, the man the social progressives believe to be the best president this nation ever had, stole 59% of all the wealth owned by the working class and gave it to the government.

Several organizations rank presidents based on someone else's opinion. The polls are done by colleges, polling companies and media companies. The Wall Street Journal believes the best president was George Washington. I agree. Had John Adams been the first president, the United States would have been a British colony by the end of the War of 1812, and a dictatorship in which John Adams was king prior to that loss. The Chicago Tribune declared Lincoln to be the best president in 1982. He was not. He was the reason 10 of the 11 Confederate States seceded from the Union. Lincoln was a Jacobin Republican (the 1860s version of a social progressive). Lincoln is credited with freeing the slaves because of the Emancipation Proclamation. In reality, Lincoln never intended to free the slaves. He issued the Proclamation to incite southern slaves to rebel against their "masters," forcing Richmond to divert Confederate forces from the war they were winning in the North to protect the plantations in the South.

If you study the Emancipation Proclamation historically you will realize it was intended as political rhetoric that freed no slaves. Slave States touching Free States were exempt from the proclamation. Only the States in the deep South were affected and, since Lincoln had no authority over those States, his proclamation freed no one. Interestingly, President Andrew Johnson, the drunk tailor, who appears as #43 on the Siena list is the President who actually drove the 13th and 15th Amendments through Congress, freeing the slaves and giving them the right to vote. Johnson was impeached because he fired Secretary of War Edwin Stanton. Congress reinstated Stanton, and then enacted the Tenure in Office Act that said a Vice President completing the term of a deceased president could not fire the deceased president's cabinet members. (The law was unconstitutional because it violated the separation of powers between the Executive and Legislative branches of government.) Johnson fired him again. John Wilkes Booth's diary mentioned Stanton as one of the ringleaders in the assassination of Lincoln. Stanton was also one of the leaders of the Jacobin Republicans. Many historians are convinced Stanton was one of four key masterminds behind a plot to assassinate not only Lincoln but also Vice President Andrew Johnson, House Speaker Alexander Farnum, and Secretary of State William H. Seward. Had the plot succeeded, Stanton, as Secretary of War, would have been next in line to become President. Had events happened as planned, a coup d' etat would have occurred, and history would have been radically altered.

I guess each of us has our own idea of who was the best president and who was the worst. Sadly, when the revisionists "tidy up history" by hiding the warts of those who, since 1865, have been in the pockets of the princes of industry and the barons of banking and business, we lose not only the perspective of truth about those who led this once great nation, but also our historic compass of America.

The social progressives need to "tidy up history" because they are now swiftly reshaping the world in order to prepare it for their socialist version of Utopia. To do that, it is first necessary to makes saints of corrupt men like Woodrow Wilson, Teddy and Franklin Roosevelt, and Harry "the buck stops here" Truman who told the UN that American soldiers were dying in Korea to make sure the UN would live. But we can't forgot social progressives like Jimmy Carter, "new Democrat" Bill Clinton and non-citizen Barack Ohama (who promises to tell us why not having a US birth certificate doesn't mean you're not an American).

And of course, then we have men who are simply corrupt, like Lyndon Johnson, or those who were groomed for political life in the secret societies of Harvard and Yale: like John F. Kennedy, Bush-41 and Bush-43 and (I suspect) Barack Obama, the Manchurian Candidate. In my view, Washington remains the best President this nation ever had because this nation would have died long ago had anyone else set the pattern that America followed until Franklin D. Roosevelt became America's first dictator. Well, for whatever it's worth, once again, you have my two cents worth on this subject.
