Media deliberately obfuscated number of
protesters in Washington, DC on Sept. 12

The Obama Administration claims it had no idea that hundreds of thousands of angry taxpayers were coming to Washington to pay him a visit. Obama, who chose to arrogantly ignore millions of Americans who were angrily protesting his socialist agenda in Washington and around the nation on Saturday, Sept. 12, scheduled a healthcare Town Hall in Minneapolis on Sept. 12 to distance himself from what he hoped would prove to be only a few handfuls of angry dissidents which the media could ridicule for its mediocre turnout after tons of publicity by the Glenn Beck Show and former House Majority Leader Dick Armey's advocacy website, Freedomworks, said he was unaware that Washington, DC would be flooded with a human tsunami of anti-tax, anti-healthcare agenda, anti-Obama protesters that day. A poor turnout would have signaled to the Administration—and to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi [D-CA] and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid [D-NV]—that they can proceed with Obamacare without too much worry about voter backlash next November. Years of experience has proven to the far left that a public that won't fight to hold on to their God-given liberty won't resist once government takes it away.

While the early estimates by the media as to how many people showed up were deliberately lowballed to minimize the importance of the turnout, Washington Times reporter Donald Lambro noted in his Sunday, Sept. 13 piece that the crowd was around 600 thousand. Conservative activist and Fox News correspondent Michelle Malkin reported that the DC Department of Parks and Recreation estimated the Sept. 12 crowd at 1.2 million. The Washington, DC ABC-TV affiliate, Channel 7, reportedly put the number at 2 million. One National Parks police officer who worked the rally, said it was the largest crowd he has ever seen on the Mall. The government estimates that 2 million people showed up on the Mall to witness the inauguration of Barack Hussein Obama. Thus, the DC cop walking the scene estimated that more protesters showed up for the Sept. 12 Rally than showed up for Obama's inauguration. But then, Sept. 12 was a much more important event than Jan. 20. Sept. 12 represented the rebirth of a nation.

Pete Piringer, the Public Affairs Officer for the DC Fire Department issued a statement that only 60 to 70 thousand people showed up. His "estimate" became the official government total. And, Piringer's guess became the number reported by several mainstream newspapers as fact. The Christian Science Monitor and an Internet report by Kristi Jourdan in the Washington Times reported that "...rally leaders estimated the crowd at 75,000," but others said it was larger than that. Organizers whom claims said had expected between 25,000 and 50,000 people used Piringer's numbers as fact. Freedom Works, which was the rally organizer, estimated the "registered" crowd to be around 450 thousand. However, tens of thousands of people not belonging to any of the Tea Party groups joined the protest on their own.

This is what led anywhere from 450 thousand to what is now conservatively estimated to have been up to 800 thousand very angry taxpayers to come to the nation's capital on Sept. 12, 2009 to tell those whom they elected to represent them before the government of the United States (not the special interest groups that filled their campaign coffers with what should be illegal dollars since that money is always given with expectations of monetary quid pro quos, which are illegal) that they failed to properly serve their voter constituents. And finally, they—the people—have made it very clear to the politicians, that they are taking back their government since they are the employer and the politicians are the employees of the people.

Mark my words, this government—the 111th Congress of the United States, the illegitimate regime of Barack Hussein Obama which was unconstitutionally legitimized by the far left that controlled the US Congress by refusing to properly vet Obama—is now determined to force the enactment of Obamacare on the American people not just to seize control of 1/7th of the US economy as a rite of passage for the federal bureaucracy, but to greatly increase its power over the people of the United States. If HR 3200, America's Affordable Heath Choices Act of 2009, or anything resembling it, is enacted into law, it will virtually wipe out major portions of the Constitution, leaving the Bill of Rights floundering in the wind by a thread which Obama will quickly severe as he seizes dictatorial power over the United States of America, replacing the Bill of Rights with the UN Covenant on Human Rights where all rights are conditioned on the whims of government and where the liberty we enjoy today can arbitrarily be snatched from us, by government decree, tomorrow.

Congress has a fiduciary responsibility under the Constitution of the United States to thoroughly vet the qualifications of every candidate seeking the office of the President of the United States. An agendized US Senate and an agendized Democratic National Committee, both of which were required to vet the qualifications of Barack Obama, chose not to do so because they feared Obama could not pass the citizenship smell test and would have been constitutionally disqualified from seeking the office of President of the United States. That same far left Congress is determined to curtail liberty under the Bill of Rights just enough to silence all opposition to Barack Hussein Obama before the Election of 2012 (since that's the only way the Kenyan-Indonesian citizen who currently resides in the White House has a prayer of being reelected). And, if his friends at ACORN are not able to snag back the grant Obama wrote into the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (forcing the American people to fund Obama's $8.5 billion kickback to the Rathke brothers—Dale and Waynethat was inserted into that measure by Obama before Jan. 20 when he was still Sen. Barack Obama), ACORN will be hard-pressed to deliver the 15.1 million votes to Obama in 2012 that they created for him in 2008. In 2008, the Rathke brothers were using a slush fund provided to them by the far left—$68 million. Sixty-eight million dollars can buy a lot of votes.

The ACORN voters were all registered under the Clinton-era National Voter Registration Act of 1993, also known as the Motor Voter Law. Clinton signed it into law on May 20, 1993. That action should have brought a million angry taxpayers to Washington, DC. But it didn't. The law had fraud written all over it. The national voter registration movement was originated and spearheaded by Richard Cloward and Frances Pivens. Cloward and Pivens believed if a piece of legislation could be enacted that would allow people to use their drivers' licenses as voter registration cards, millions of people who were ineligible to vote for a variety of reasons, could be enticed, or paid, to vote—for progressive candidates. They were right. The Motor Voter Act added 11.2 million new voters in 1996 and guaranteed Clinton's reelection. In that election, Congressman Bob Dornan lost his Congressional seat by 979 votes. Dornan knew thousands of illegals, using the Motor Voter Law to avoid being challenged, voted in the 46th Congressional District. Dornan was able to prove conclusively that 4,023 of the votes that cost him the election were cast by illegal aliens. Under the Constitution, the US House of Representatives is supposed to rule on the legality of the votes cast when questions arise. Because Dornan was viewed as a loose cannon who would not knuckle under to the GOP leadership, the House voted to let Loretta Sanchez keep the seat stolen with tainted votes. The GOP majority, led by Speaker Newt Gingrich, rubber-stamped the railroading of Dornan. ACORN tactics cost the Republicans 30 House and 6 Senate seats in 2006, and an additional 21 House and 9 Senate seats in 2008.

In 2007 John Fund of the Wall Street Journal warned that the propensity for fraud from to the Motor Voter Law in 2008 was going to be extreme since liberal advocacy groups like ACORN, George Soros' Open Society, MoveOn.org, and others convinced every State with a liberal governor and/or a liberal state legislature to abandon requirements that people check a "citizenship box" when using Motor Voter to register to vote. What that meant was, in those States, a valid drivers' license put a ballot in your hand. Fifteen million, one hundred thousand new ACORN voters—many of them teenagers, many of them illegal and, of course, with a handful of assorted house pets thrown in—placed an illegal alien in the White House. Obama recorded 66,882,230 votes against McCain's 58,343,671 votes. Subtract 15.1 million votes from Obama's total, and McCain actually won by a margin of 6,561,441. If I was Obama, I'd have to reward ACORN, too. But, $8.5 billion? Yeah, I can see why some American people might get ticked off.

Start with Obama's forced rape of the American people. Two trillion, two hundred thirty-nine billion dollars—and counting—in taxpayer money designated to jumpstart the economy was handed over to the nation's largest banks. Billions of dollars that US taxpayers were assured would be used to buy up $300 billion in foreclosed subprime mortgages in order to jumpstart the credit market was given to greedy transnational bankers instead. The bankers—the bastions of the free enterprise system—used money extorted from the American people to infuse capital into the faltering third world economies where tomorrow's human capital lived, and where the money barons are convinced their fortune reside. Yeah, I can see why some American people might get ticked off.

And, finally, the straw that broke the camel's back was Obamacare. The far left decided they could use the same "Caterpillar tactics" to bulldoze Obamacare through the House and Senate before the American people woke up and realized that Obama's universal healthcare bill contained an euthanasia provision to ration healthcare to the elderly by simply denying them benefits.

A health board of 15 government healthcare bureaucrats was created in H.R. 1, The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. So, even if Obamacare is never enacted, the Obama Death Board (aptly referred to as the Federal Health Board) already exists and will be utilized under Medicare, which Obama will deliberately underfund next year. The purpose of the Federal Health Board is to weigh all healthcare options of the elderly and for others with catastrophic illnesses (i.e., catastrophically-wounded military personnel who are pensioned, and HIV-positive, AIDS active people who are currently draining both Medicare and Social Security). Under Obamacare, just as it was under Hillarycare in 1993, old age is construed to be a terminal medical illness since you can't "recover" from it. Eliminating the elderly through government-mandated euthanasia when the Health Board decides it is no longer cost-productive to pay for lifesaving surgery or medical treatments that will prolong the life of seniors who have also become a drain on an almost bankrupt Social Security system. And, under Obamacare, just as Clinton did under Hillarycare, once the Federal Health Board rules that a specific elderly person, catastropically-disabled veteran or AIDS victim can no longer receive lifesaving medical treatment, it will be against the law for any medical practitioner anywhere in the United States to treat them. The medical professional who does can be fined, sanctioned, or have their license suspended for providing medical care to a denied person. Yeah, I can see why some American people might get ticked off.

And finally, as the mainstream media ideologically slants the news to fit the utopian one world view of life, more and more Americans are tuning off the leftwing newscasters in the mainstream media who want people listening only to the spin they put on the news, more people are turning to cybermedia news outlets—both "print" and talk radio (much of it piped to their homes via the Internet) for raw news—fed to them by people like them. This is very troubling for the Obama Administration. Over the last year several nations enacted "cybersecurity laws" to "protect" their citizens—they claim—from radical antigovernment, predatory websites, or from websites broadcasting porn. Interestingly, in the United States, the same Democratic Congressmen and Senators backing West Virginia's Democratic Sen. Jay Rockefeller's Cybersecurity Act of 2009 to silence antigovernment radicals and porn peddlers, have consistently defended the porn peddlers' 1st Amendment free speech right to peddle porn. Yet, today, Rockefeller and the globalist movement controlled by his uncle, David Rockefeller, insists his legislation, which will allow government to arbitrarily shut down all Internet traffic, or simply those websites deemed to be a threat to government, will actually protest the American people. Yeah, I can see why some American people might get ticked off.

And, by extension, I can see why the mainstream media has attempted to ignore, or minimize, the importance of the DC Tea Party March. One leftwing progressive website, Climate Progress, noted that "...countless right-wing protesters were in DC, inspired by uber-extremist Glenn Beck and organized by Republican lobbyists..." Needless to say, there were no Republican lobbyists involved—only between 600 thousand to 2 million very angry US taxpayers. And, of course, by this time, anyone with two eyes and a brain can see why those taxpayers were ticked off. The raw deals of big government can rub the chaff of the neck just so long before the People react to the socialist abuses of government. "Tasteless signs," Climate Progress continued, "like 'Bury Obamacare with Kennedy,' were the norm." The article continued by suggesting through hyperbole that Sen. Jim DeMint [R-SC], and Representatives Tom Price [R-GA], Mike Pence [R-IN], Marsha Blackburn [R-TN], and Phil Gingrey [R-GA], who were speaking at the event, were among the ringleaders who organized the March to embarrass Obama and stymie the enactment of HR 3200, America's Affordable Health Choices Act.

Climate Progress noted that "members of Think Progress attended the rally" suggesting with that statement that Think Progress was another organization not connected to Climate Progress when in fact both Climate Progress and Think Progress are simply different shoes worn by the socialist progressive advocacy group, The Center for American Progress. Think Progress noted that "...the signs carried by these protesters were hardly nonpartisan—and were often racist, radical portrayals of Obama despite DeMint's claim. Think Progress noted that, in an interview with the Washington Independent, claimed the marchers represented a cross-section of the population." Think Progress noted that almost everyone was white. DeMint should have reminded the Independent that most of the African-American population in the country is on the other side on this issue, and have been sold a bill of goods on healthcare as a rite of passage for the Black community. The New York Times completely ignored the Sept. 12 rally in their print edition even though they covered it on their website. Like the rest of the liberal media, the New York Times web report downplayed the attendance by describing the turnout as: "...demonstrators numbered well into the tens of thousands though police declined to estimate the size of the crowd. Many came on their own and were not part of an organization or group. But the magnitude of the rally took the authorities by surprise, with throngs of people streaming from the White House to Capitol Hill for more than three hours."

And then they got to the crux of their story—to demean the protesters. "The atmosphere was rowdy at times, with signs and images casting Mr. Obama in a demeaning light. One sign called him the parasite-in-chief." Others likened him to Hitler. Several people held up preprinted signs saying, 'Bury Obamacare with Kennedy.' Other signs...[focused]...on the government at large, promoting gun rights, tallying the national deficit and deploring illegal immigrants living in the United States." The Times reported that "...people identified themselves as Republicans, libertarians, independents and former Democrats. Several denounced the Obama Administration's health care plan as socialism....A young girl held a sign saying, 'Don't redistribute the wealth of my Barbie.'"

The composite Washington Post story, written by three reporters, was headlined: "Lashing Out at the Capitol," began by noting that the protesters were "...complaining that the nation is racing towards socialism massed outside the US Capitol on Saturday, angrily denouncing (...) Obama's heath-care plan and other initiatives as threats to the Constitution." The Washington Post noted that the huge turnout and anti-Obama rhetoric over the weekend showed that Obama's joint session of Congress (where Congressman Joe Wilson shouted "You Lie!" after Obama's second misstatement about what Obamacare would and would not do) did little to sway his political opponents. Of course, Obama knew he would not motivate conservatives or the elderly who read the bill and realize they voted for a man who views them as an expense item the nation can't afford. The Post reporters, who saw nothing wrong with the antiwar progressives slamming disabled veterans as they came from the battlefields in Iraq and Afghanistan to Walter Reed and Johns Hopkins hospitals, yet they found the September 12 protest signs offensive. Signs like: "Socialism is un-American," "King George Didn't Listen, Either," and "Terrorists Won't Destroy America, Congress Will!" Many protesters, they noted distastefully, "...carried the now=familiar poster of Obama, captioned, "Socialism." And the Washington Post can't figure out why their circulation outside of the core DC area continues to sink like a rock in water.

Here are the views of a handful of those "tens of thousands" the government chose not to count for reasons of plausible deniability later. Ruth Lobbs, a school teacher who came to Washington from Jacksonville, Florida, said she came because the government is violating the Constitution. Lobbs told the New York Times that she did not vote for Obama, adding that her frustration has been growing for years. "It's more than Obama," she added, holding a bright yellow "Don't Tread On Me" flag. "This isn't a Republican or Democratic issue," she said. Phil Chancey, a 66-year old from Clinton, TN, said he came because "...nobody's standing up for us, so we have to stand up for ourselves.' Fifty-one year old Debbie Wilson of Apollo Beach, Florida said: "We want our country to go back to the roots of doing what our Founding Fathers wanted us to do—less government in every aspect of my life." Twenty-nine year old Jeff Mapps, a Glenn Beck fan, and a union stage hand from South Philadelphia said that although he has never been politically-active before this weekend, but wanted to be part of something that he thinks will be historic. David Rue, a 67-year old retired Mobil Oil employee traveled to DC from New Jersey because, he said: "...we are endangered because they're pushing socialism on us." Dee Meredith, 62, from Callao, VA carried a placard that said, "Thank you, Joe Wilson." Meredith said before Obama's healthcare speech before the Joint Session, she'd never heard of Wilson. I expect that no one outside of Wilson's 2nd Congressional District in South Carolina had. But, don't be surprised if you see his name on a short list of vice presidential candidates in 2012. And, finally, a leadership trainer from Salt Lake City, Shaun Bryant was one of eight pro-gun rights people who flew in from Utah. They fashioned a sign containing the drawing of an AR-15 assault rifle and the words: "We came unarmed from Montana and Utah...this time!"

The American people are mad. They are going to stay mad until the mess in Washington is cleaned up. That's why they will be be carrying very large brooms next November. They will use those brooms to correct some of the election mistakes they made in 2006 and again in 2008. When the American people voted for change, they voted for less, not more, government. If the Democrats were really smart (progressives think they are, but really aren't), they would [a] jettison any future talk about healthcare reform, [b] permanently defund ACORN under whatever name they resurface as in the next few weeks or months, [c] indict both Wayne and Dale Rathke and let them spend the rest of their miserable, communists lives in prison, and [d] dump Obama, haul him before a Congressional and/or Senate committee and demand that he produce a long-form, physician-signed, hospital-issued birth certificate that proves, with no room for doubt, that he was born in Hawaii, and then, when he can't, impeach and remove him from office. And finally [e] the people of Hawaii need to impeach and remove their Republican governor, Linda Lingle, from office for ordering an official Hawaiian birth certificate to be issued on Nov. 6, 2007 at the request of then Sen. Barack Obama [D-IL] that he did not possess prior to that date, providing the community activist with a legitimate US birth certificate that he heretofore did not possess. If we do these things we will have come along way in loosening the death grip the progressives have on this nation. Then, very methodically, we need to weed out the rest of the progressives, fire them, and charge those who sided with our enemies, with treason. We need to revoke the citizenship of naturalized European progressives who have chosen to enjoy the security of living within the United States as they labor to destroy this nation. And, we need to ban them from ever again setting foot on US soil. Then, finally, we need to close the door to this great nation and lock it.
