Price tells Obama to stop blaming Republicans because he can't push his universal healthcare plan through Congress. Obama is telling the public that he can't get healthcare reform passed because Congress is being stymied by the Republicans. The Democrats have a 77 member majority in the House and a 60-to-40 member filibuster-proof majority in the Senate. They can enact any piece of legislation they want without a single GOP vote. Obama can't pass this bill because the American people absolutely do not want it...and the Democrats Obama needs to pass it know it. They want to get reelected next year.

Obama has had more primetime press conferences in six months than George W. Bush had in 8 years. Obama can't sell this unpopular seizure of one-seventh of the US economy because his plan will place a government bureaucrat between you and your doctor. As Obama picked up his demands for a government takeover of healthcare, public support for this plan has plummeted. More and more people are comparing the utopian rhetoric to the reality of the failed healthcare system Obama wants to copy—which Canada's Supreme Court has ordered that government to dismantle because too many are dying as they wait for critical surgeries that come too late, if at all. The Obama Administration can no longer conceal the fact that this program will insure 12 million illegals who will stand at the front of the line for healthcare while America's elderly wait for procedures that will be denied to them because they have a terminal illness from which they cannot recover—old age. Seniors who are considered "double-dippers" (collecting Social Security benefits and draining Medicare) will be denied costly life saving procedures under the guidelines being structured by Obama's Health Czar who will answer to no one outside of the Oval Office.
