On Nov. 27, 1964, Ronald Reagan reiterated, as a warning for today,
the attempt by Franklin D. Roosevelt to seize the land of farmers
and resell those farms to other individuals. (Today, those "indivi-
duals" would be agri-giants who finance the election campaigns of
politicians who gave them those rights.) In that same New Deal law
that died on the vine was a provision that would let FDR remove
2 million farmers from the land in the "consolidation" of farmland
in order to increase crop yields and food production.

On June 9, 2011 Barack Obama issued Executive Order 13575 creating the White House Rural Council that will exercise broad unconstitutional municipal powers over the food, fiber and energy production in Rural America. Fox Business News reported the story, entitled "While You Were Sleeping..." Fox reported that Obama created the super agency that "...will seize greater power over food, fiber and energy in our vast countryside area. [Obama] created White House Rural Council to, quote, make sure we're working across government to strengthen rural communities and promote economic growth." Fox noted that the Council contains a long list of the most powerful bureaucrats in the Obama Administration. Why would Homeland Security or the Defense Department be involved in a plan to strengthen the heartlands of the United States by promoting economic growth? EO 13575 calls for the federal government to assume control just about every aspect of rural America. This Executive Order clones the United Nation's Agenda 21 program and is the illegal, unconstitutional assumption of America's rural lands.

The social progressive far left, backed by the world's largest Foundations and Trusts has been trying to implement Agenda 21 in the United States since the early 1970s. They could not muster the votes to ratify a treaty nor have they found the votes to legislate Agenda 21 into law. The princes of industry and the barons of banking are now using their lackey in the White House to achieve this objective as they become increasingly worried that Obama may not be able to steal enough votes to reclaim the White House in 2012. They had the same problem with Congress prior to the 112th Congress. When they realized Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi could not push their wish list through Congress, they pushed Obama to implement by fiat what Reid and Pelosi could not enact into law—although everyone on Capitol Hill and in the federal court system knows the Executive Branch has no legislative authority and that presidential or secretarial edicts have absolutely no legal standing since neither the president nor his political appointees can write law.

In the second video, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack [D-IO] notes that while rural America accounts for 16% of the nation's population, 44% of the nation's military comes from small town America. And, that means—what? If the government can take America's youth it also has a right to take it's land? Vilsack, who doesn't mind stretching the truth any more than his boss in the White House, had to feel his nose start growing when he said, "I know that folks in rural communities today see progress when they drive by a gas station and they see that ethanol and renewal fuel is substantially less than regular fuel they know this is an administration that is focused on expanding renewable energy and renewable fuel opportunities." In reality, when they drive by a gas station today, most people who understand why the price of breakfast cereal has exploded is because that's what they are putting in the tanks of their cars, I think if they are comparing the cost of corn to gasoline when they drive by their local Exxon station, they're almost expecting to see Tony the Tiger jump up, saying, "that's g-g-g-r-r-e-a-t!" when he looks at the $4.00 per gallon price at the pump. Because today, I expect, Kelloggs owns stock in the Seven Sisters.

America is still asleep at the switch because the federal government, working as the political lackey of the non-profits which Vilsack says are working hard to partner with small communities, is the enemy of Small Town, America. Do you remember Adolph Hitler's "ethnic cleansing" in Europe during World War II? You are now looking at Barack Obama's "rural cleansing" in the United States.

Why? Because Obama is now redistributing the wealth of Rural America. What wealth? Oil. Gas. Timber. Gold. Silver. Copper. Coal. Land—both for grazing and farming. Water. The federal government has embarked on the biggest land grab in the history of the world because under your feet is an incalculable amount of wealth. The federal government today is buying up private land at a rate faster than consumers buy little patches of land upon which to build a home.

There are 1,940,011,400 acres of land in the United States. The federal government owns, or "manages" 32.6% of that land. Most of it is in rural areas. And, most of it is being held "in trust" not for the American people, but for the princes of industry and the barons of banking and business for its mineral wealth. The Western States have predominantly been seized by the carpetbaggers from Washington for the world's largest foundations and trusts. Here are the percentages of federal land in our Western States: Alaska, 66%; Arizona, 44%; California, 49%; Idaho, 62%; Hawaii (the least federalized) 16.7%; Nevada, 82%; Oregon, 60%: Utah, 64%; Washington, 26.8%; and Wyoming, 49%. Check back about this time next year, and look at the Midwest. By the time Obama gets through making a national wildlife refuge out of the most promising shale gas fields, most of the Appalachians from Maine to Tennessee will be nationalized, as will most of the Midwest since you can't have an energy crisis when you have the world's largest reserves of natural gas and oil. When you wake up some morning in the near future and discover the federal government now owns, or "manages" 65% to 70% of the land under your feet—including, in some cases, the land under your home—it's going to be too late to stand up on those two feet supporting what's left of your spine and say, "Hey, fellah, you can't do that!"
